Huge drink portions and friendly staff. Easily accessible location off College Highway and across the street from Big Y. Haven't tried many of the ample food options but I've enjoyed everything I've tried.
I ordered Pu Pu for 2, Chicken Lo Mein, General Cho's Chicken, Crab Rangoons, 4 Egg Rolls, everything was f!@#ing outstanding!! My daughter loved the Chicken Lo Mein!!! And she super picky sometimes so Thank you for great food. We will be ordering again soon!

Last night we ordered Sesame Chicken, Broccoli with Garlic Sauce, Chicken Fried Rice and some soups. I’m eating leftovers for lunch today and had to leave this review. Their food is always good, but especially the most recent order we made! The sesame chicken was so light and crispy, with a really nice flavor. Not just your avg sesame chicken I mean it! Although we had takeout the restaurant has been updated and looks amazing. They were busy too and I know in some places that may mean the quality might suffer but not in our case! The staff is friendly, the space is great, but the food really brings a lot of depth in flavor, and tastes great! This is our go-to Chinese restaurant for sure in Western Ma!
We bounced around trying a few different spots when we first moved to Southampton, but West Lake has taken its place as our go-to Chinese takeout restaurant.
This place is phenomenal, family run business, all of the staff is super friendly and attentive. Great service. The food is the best Chinese I’ve had in Western MA. Never had a disappointing meal there, Crab Rangoons, chicken wings, Lo Mein, and Egg rolls are off the charts. Along with much more, everything is so good. Highly recommend this place. Clean restaurant. Great staff and amazing, amazing food. Definitely have a lifetime customer here.
My family eats in here several times a year. They always know us and welcome us as soon as we walk in. They have gotten to know our kids and will ask about our kids when I pick up for take out.
